Psalm 128

Psalm 128

Author: Anonymous

Verse 1 – Blessed is everyone who fears the Lord, who walks in His ways.

This psalm relates to the original promise God made to Abraham (Genesis 12:1-3).

Verse 2 – When you eat the labor of your hands, you shall be happy, and it shall be will with you.

Verse 3 – Your wife shall be like a fruit vine in the very heart of your house, your children like olive plants all around your table.

Verse 4 – Behold, thus shall the man be blessed who fears the Lord.

Verse 5 – The Lord bless you out of Zion and may you see the good of Rustler all the days of  your life.

Verse 6 – Yes, may you see your children’s children. Peace be upon Israel.

This psalmist wrote that a good family life is a reward for following God. When a family places their values on God’s values – Happy are they!
